Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days in most cases, delivery at certain times of the year. e.g. Christmas may take longer. We will advise you by email when your goods have left so please contact us if you don't receive them within 5 working days.

*Please note that we do not ship framed items overseas.

Carriage Charges

The carriage charge stated is for UK mainland but excludes the following post codes / areas :
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, PO30, PO34-40, IM  & Channel Islands.
The above post codes / areas attract a surcharge so please contact us before purchasing for a revised carriage charge.

Please write "RETURNED GOODS" clearly on the parcel, and include a custom's declaration if outside the EU. We will not reimburse you for any postage or other costs associated with the placement or return of your order unless the goods were faulty or delivered in error. Refunds or replacements will only be sent once we have the original goods back in our possession.
